It is not only important to communicate before change occur but also communicate throughout the change also important. Human Resource should make employee understand why change needed, importance of the process of the change and outcome of achieving the change goal. In every change step HR should be ready to clear all doubts, concerns of employees.

Human Resource need to give proper training to employees while change occur in company culture, policy and structure. While merge a company with another company HR need to provide quality training to employees which makes them to work as usual and stay in the company. HR can arrange events like beach cleaning and car wash to engage both merge company staffs to mingle with each other. HR should focus on employee's behavior continuously to find which makes employees happy and sad. Based on findings strategies and decisions can be made.
